BoltWright Reviews & Product Details

BoltWright is service-management software for commercial HVAC contractors. It connects customers, buildings, equipment and service visits with scheduling, maintenance agreements, quotes and invoicing. Technicians can capture voice notes, typed notes and photos in the field, with offline capture for work in areas with poor reception. The office can review the work and prepare customer service reports with findings, photos and follow-up work organized by equipment. Equipment history stays connected to the building and the work performed. Pricing is based on working trucks rather than individual user seats, so owners, dispatchers, administrators, helpers and apprentices can participate without separate seat charges.
