By leveraging Bocada, CBTS can accurately bill our Managed Backup customers each month using data metrics that assure reporting accuracy. Bocada's integration with our Salesforce instance automates invoice generation, reflecting any changes in customer data and backup licenses.

Additionally, Bocada centralizes inputs from various data protection systems, providing our engineers with a comprehensive view of performance, utilization, and health. What problems is Bocada Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

- No more manual creation of backup reports from raw backup data; saves time and money

- Free backup monitoring included; saves license fees and general monitoring application

- Reports always look the same no matter what backup application behind; one company, many backup applications, one report

- Mutliple ways to connect Bocada to Ticket-Application (incident managment); failed backup is automatically creating incident ticket

What do you like best about Bocada Enterprise?

Like the look of the reports with simple color codes for status of backups and easy to read report tables Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bocada Enterprise?

The Report Criteria maybe a little better interface to update the reports. Maybe have a section on the main selection to a report criteria section and then select the reports you may want to change to. Also the default report I setup to see when logging into bocada still does not show up and goes to a default report that was configured when Bocada was first setup in our environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bocada Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping us to tie our systems to our applications so that the backup team I am on can now have a better knowledge of what servers are supporting applications from importing our ServiceNow CMDB . Plus another benefit hopefully in the future to have our buisness owners and information security user c have acess to backup reports using Bocada so they can review backup status of their systems whenever they need to check. What do you like best about Bocada Enterprise?

I love the fact that Bocada is easily able to monitor and report on our globally diverse backup environment. Their customer support is spot on too! Installation was a breeze with their support and updates are simple to apply and manage. Not only are legacy onpremise products supported, but our evolving infrastructure contains several hybrid cloud solutions. Bocada handles them all with ease. What do you dislike about Bocada Enterprise?

Not much to dislike about the product. If we have issues, support is just an email away and help us to resolution quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bocada Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing Bocada, we had several (approximately 8 or so backup products) used by different regions globally. It was a nightmare to not only manage, but pull relevant KPIs from our environment. Bocada allowed us to implement a single-pane of glass management globally and incredibly simplified how we manage, report, and since we have become more agile and proactive on resolving backup related issues in our environment.
