The solutions are appealing in Innovation Suite. Digital Workspace is also a useful option and I'm hoping that by incorporating it into the Innovation Suite, it will be that much stronger, as I want it to be. By automating everyday staff duties, we obtained considerable cost reductions and up to a 75% enhancement in service and management productivity. **What do you dislike about BMC Helix Automation Console?** There seem to be no breakpoints and thus no possibility to begin the procedure at a specified moment. So, on the one hand, this graphical development gives you the ability to produce fast and efficiently. However, it will be quite annoying when you are attempting new things and encounter difficulties that you need to debug or repair. **What problems is BMC Helix Automation Console solving and how is that benefiting you?** We liked how it was created and how easy it could be connected with other apps.
