We can organize it in the way which we like we don't need any suggestion from someone. All things are very easy with this. We can simply upload the necessary documents to it. We can work together by this. We are capable of remotely sharing the files with some colleagues and other fellow mates. We can choose our file location where we can store it and be capable of accessing it whenever we required it. I loved to see all my file in one single place I don't have to store in different places and find them when in need. Searching the required file in it is awesome. Sometimes when we are fully dependent on it instead of hard drives it gives us pain when there is no network coverage or some network problem. Then we have to put the brake on our work. Security is sometimes is an issue we don't know if some cyber-attack happens then our files are secured or not. We need to update our mobile app for using its latest features. Uploading all our documents over here is always a wise choice as no tension of deletion and easy to access when we need. As of when I working I easily access the vault with my id and download or upload the file whichever I need. It helps me to reduce the usage of paperwork and our industry really moving forward in this system. As we can save thousands of papers while using it. Mobile app and support are good. It can be easily accessible through a mobile app and using it on mobile gives us the freedom to do the work in the outstation also. Uploading pictures in the same quality as we click the pictures.
