We do our reconciliation with bluecopa. earlier we used to do it fully on excel but now we have taken it here. we process a lot of invoices across different payment methods. at the end of every month, the new and renewed subscriptions should be reconciled along with the churned ones to close the revenue that month and calculate the trial balance. in addition, bluecopa helps us create multiple dashboards to track metrics like aging, invoice processing and even cash flow for better planning. The team had built in integrations to go live faster and start using in a few days instead of months. Bluecopa was our best bet as they promised fast implementation, in two weeks. Although we did expect take a little more time, they actually implemented in two weeks.
