**What do you like best about Imprint Engine?**

I have only recently become the POC for our company and Bluebird, but I was surprised and impressed by the personal touch staff has had in helping me ramp up. I had access to the co-founder and the operations team during my introductory call, they have been super quick to answer any questions I had (even if I felt I should have already known some of these details) and I've had a great experience since moving into this role. We find a lot of value in their service and it makes sending swag to new hires and new clients so easy!

**What do you dislike about Imprint Engine?**

Nothing has been worth noting thus far, very happy with my experience!

**What problems is Imprint Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One stop shop for all new client and new hire swag boxes, as well as our company store. Such an easy and seamless process, and we don't have to maintain the inventory!

**What do you like best about Imprint Engine?**

The customer service is beyond expectations.  There is so much out there and they do a great job navigating through it all to provide me with the few quality options I am looking for.

**What do you dislike about Imprint Engine?**

So far I haven't found much to hate on.  There is a bit of a premium but I understand I am paying for someone to take on the grunt work and not tie up my staff's time.

**What problems is Imprint Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client appreciation for my clients without taking much time out of my busy day.  I can be far more productive and leave this to the experts.  This allows me to be more productive and the costs are easily recouped.

**What do you like best about Imprint Engine?**

I like being able to pick options, customize the note and have recipient confirm their address.

**What do you dislike about Imprint Engine?**

It's not a knock on BlueBird but I wish more people understood the savings of money and time when using this system.

**What problems is Imprint Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated gift giving with a high level of transparency. Saves me time and gives me information quickly.

The support team is fantastic and the product is robust and flexible.

Some of the image sizing and UI could be improved but they are working on improvements constantly.

Bluebird lets us offer tech integrations and fulfillment solutions that were previously a challenge.

Easy to use, great way to send thank you gifts, quick processing of orders.  Responsive to questions. Integration is perfect for recognizing employees and thanking clients.

Don't have anything that I dislike, everything is great.

Makes sending thank you gifts easy, I spend less time sending out gifts and more time working with my clients.

Each teammate has been incredibly friendly, easy to work with, and accountable.

**What do you dislike about Imprint Engine?**

The platform is experiencing some growing pains and there are some limitations you have to work around. But they take feedback very seriously.

**What problems is Imprint Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're making it easy for us to recognize milestones for our teammembers. Gifts and hand written cards to celebrate: first day at Feedonomics, Feedoversaries (work anniversaries), spotlight performance awards, and more.

The shipping fulfillment is AMAZING, Bluebird is a great partner for our always "interesting" needs and we are super grateful to have them assisting us

The freight charges can add up quick, but I know they are working on this.

Sending swag to employees/customers world wide. Also got all our Swag out of my guest room!

**What do you like best about Imprint Engine?**

Custom swags has always been a headache for us. Let alone, you gotta select them, place logo, look at different vendors and options. And you'd have to order at large quantity in order to get an affordable pricing. Or pay an enormous amount. 

But even after you do all that, you gotta have it shipped to you, separate them, place custom message (handwritten or printed), and then ship it out again. 

It's a lengthy lengthy process. 

With Bluebird, I am now doing this in just a few clicks. All while sitting in my chair in front of a computer. 
Some recurrent swag options are even automated in single click... All that complication of swag process..gone...

**What do you dislike about Imprint Engine?**

The system is still in its early stage. Some newer functions are clunky, but the customer support has been great, to solve all the problems I had. It also has limited integrations to CRMs in the market.. but I heard they are working on that.

**What problems is Imprint Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending swags/marketing product to clients used to take hours each time. Because it's a time consuming work, we'd compile a list of people and prepare/send swags all together. Now, it just in matter of minutes, or 'seconds' per client.

**What do you like best about Imprint Engine?**

There are three things that I believe are exceptional about Bluebird.

1. How simple it is to send a gift to a client
2. The chrome extension lets me send one-off gifts easily. 
3. Automatic gift-giving through integration with my CRM.

**What do you dislike about Imprint Engine?**

Nothing! I've had nothing short of an amazing experience with Bluebird.

**What problems is Imprint Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending prospects and clients gifts is such a pain. We were packing and shipping everything ourselves. Not only did it become easier but we are also able to do it more often. The main benefit has been happier customers and shorter sales cycles.

Very easy to use UI. They have a great support team as well.

**What do you dislike about Imprint Engine?**

Not yet integrated with Marketo, but it is on their roadmap. Otherwise its perfect!

We have often sent gifts manually to customers and prospects. Bluebird has allowed us to automate the process and create digital gifts which is especially important during covid times.
