Blosto Reviews & Product Details

Blosto is AI recruiting software designed to identify, evaluate, and contact qualified candidates beyond traditional job boards. The platform searches over 850 million profiles and uses AI to rank candidates based on job requirements. Hiring needs can be described in plain language, and the system builds precise filters across skills, education, experience, and location with optional Boolean syntax. Candidate screening scores profiles based on must-haves, preferences, and exclusions while evaluating career paths, experience, and skills for comprehensive assessments. A unified inbox consolidates email and LinkedIn messages with profiles and conversation history, ensuring consistent information for team collaboration. Outreach automation creates personalized message sequences tailored to candidates and roles, stopping follow-ups upon response. Blosto integrates with applicant tracking systems, serving as a pre-ATS solution focused on discovery and evaluation.
