Bloom Reviews & Product Details

Recruitment agencies don't have a data problem. They have an action problem. Most agency CRMs are full of valuable intelligence, companies tracked over years, candidate conversations that reveal hiring intent, contact histories that map relationships across an entire market. But that data sits dormant. There's no signal telling a recruiter when to act, no direction on who to prioritise, and no connection between what's already known and what's happening in the market right now. Bloom is a BD intelligence platform built to solve exactly that. Designed exclusively for agency recruiters, Bloom integrates with the CRMs they already use and combines internal data with live external signals to produce a single, prioritised morning briefing: here's who to call today, here's why now, and here's how to get in. Those signals come from two sources simultaneously. Inside the CRM: call notes, contact history, candidate conversations, relationship depth. Outside it: senior appointments, leadership departures, hiring momentum, job ad trends, funding events, and company growth signals sourced from live market data. Bloom's proprietary Bloom Score ranks every tracked company daily, surfacing the ones where something has changed and timing matters. Warm Routes identify existing connections between a recruiter's team and their target accounts so outreach starts from a relationship, not a cold call. A Follow-Up Queue ensures no warm conversation goes cold because life got busy. Bloom is built for owner-led UK recruitment agencies, typically 5 to 40 people, running specialist permanent or contract desks, where business development is the single biggest lever on growth, and where the gap between knowing a market and winning it comes down to timing and intelligence. This is not a CRM. It is not a data provider. It is a decision product, the layer between the intelligence your agency already holds and the BD actions that turn that intelligence into revenue.
