Having used the platform for client onboarding, this reviewer finds it simple to use and effective for automating business operations. The software is expensive and can be difficult to get accustomed to, especially for larger organizations.

As an Owner of a Small startup, I need to manage many things in my organization, like handling lots of data like Custome Management, Billing & invoice and Handling documents. The one thing I disliked most is that they don't provide any demo or initial free service to use their software. So it was difficult for me to build confidence in using the software. Customer support is one of the main drawbacks, only Email support is available, and everything in an email conversation is very difficult to convey the issue, Documentation needs to improve, and Gantt charts are advanced in other tools, this tool needs to upgrade these charts.
