I like that anyone who is working on applying can access it anywhere. The admissions counslers are able to do their work from anywhere. Getting the information out is relatively easy. The implementation went through pretty well and the customer support for our starting out was great, having the consultant come to campus was a really big help. There are often quirks that make operating difficult, especially on the client-side.
