But rarely have I had a problem that they've left me waiting to find an answer. When a parent completes an enrollment contract the payment automatically goes into SmartTuition. **What do you dislike about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?** Each contract type can only have one tuition amount per grade level. In our preschool, we have about 12 different tuition amounts. We have to have a lot of contract types. **What problems is Blackbaud Enrollment Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy for parents to inquiry to admission and we capture their contact information. Easy for parents to apply. Easy to add financial aid to contracts. Easy for parents to complete contracts and have their payment setup in SmartTuition. ### 5. The system is straight forward and contains the major features that an educational institution needs. We've been able to create custom features for our school's portal through this software. It's capable for a lot more than our previous software in the fact that we can tie in needs of multiple departments, including faculty and parents. **What do you dislike about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?** What I dislike about onBoard is some functions are not named to be fully reflect their capabilities or scope of function. I think they are trying get sound creative with naming features, but then it's not often obvious to the end user. I find myself looking in multiple places to accomplish a certain function at times. **What problems is Blackbaud Enrollment Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving problems we previously had with generating reports. This system is about to give us the data in a way that doesn't require as much manual manipulation. It's going us more options on the types of reporting we need and allowing for some customization. ### 8.
