The Enrollment Management System manages the contract or Agreements used in the offer process. Not every organization has admissions managing this process and, therefore, should ensure that if other stakeholders manage the contracts, they also buy into using it. I like the checklist option. It helps out Admissions staff and our prospects to manage pending items to complete the admission process. Also, the opportunity to send notifications when documents are due is a time saver. It requires training to operate the module and keep it in full operation. It is not complicated once the user knows how to use Admissions Setup. It would be helpful if users could access How-To videos about Enrollment management. For Example, explaining how to create a reference to a candidate or prospect.
