"Blackbaud is a detailed SIS with many features to cover every section for any school"

4/5

What do you like best about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

I am quite happy with the features available in Blackbaud's Enrollment Management System. There are so many aspects of running a school, and this software has a feature for each. They also have a responsive and timely tech support team. I definitely recommend this software to anyone looking to streamline their school's enrollment process. What do you dislike about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

I really love that this Blackbaud Enrollment Management System has tons of features, but it’s also possible to get lost in all the features when I’m trying to complete certain tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blackbaud Enrollment Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an admissions officer, I was looking for a quick way to enroll students into our schools with less headaches than we were having before. Blackbaud Enrollment Management System (EMS) helped us with this and so much more. It can be configured to fit almost any enrollment process, so you can create your own workflow. It's also cloud-based, so it can be accessed anywhere, at any time. And most importantly, it has a ton of features that have made our work easier:

- You can manage everything from student onboarding to communication to enrollment decisions.

- We can build custom workflows and applications for things like admissions and financial aid.

- We can track everything in one place, which is a huge time-saver.

- Our whole system is automated, which makes things much faster.

- With robust reporting capabilities, we can keep track of everything, and spot any trends in our data.

- If we need to, we can also export all of our data.

Blackbaud EMS is a must-have tool for schools that need to help students enroll in a quick and timely fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integrated and Well-Organized Experience"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

Blackbaud consistently updates its Enrollment Management System and focuses on streamlining financial aid awards, assigning and generating contracts, and integration between Blackbaud Billing Management and Blackbaud Tuition Management. Blackbaud Enrollment Management System makes it incredibly easy to update and enter student information. We use the software on a day-to-day basis and have found it incredibly easy to implement into our admissions process. The customer support through Blackbaud is always incredibly helpful, whether it's through Blackbaud Knowledgebase articles or Case Central. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

At the moment, the only downside we have noticed for Blackbaud Enrollment Management is the inability to assign three signers to an integrated contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blackbaud Enrollment Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Blackbaud Enrollment Management System has been working on streamlining the admissions process by creating a way to batch assign financial aid and contracts. This has reduced the time it takes to apply financial aid and generate contracts for our students by more than half the time it previously took us in prior years. "Makes applying and enrolling a breeze"

5/5

What do you like best about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

The process allows for users to easily upload report cards and apply for themselves. The checklist we can assign assists the users on how to create their applications. It eliminates the need for paper copies of grades, transcripts and applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

The backend can be difficult to use for contract building and assigning families to payment portions. I'm not a member of the admissions team but the IT department has had to serve as a help for admissions because the backend options to building contracts and assigning them can be difficult to grasp for non tech people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blackbaud Enrollment Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Parents/candidates can easily create their own accounts and apply to the school. We assign checklists which allow for the candidates to upload the materials on their own and remove a ton of the manual entries from the Admissions team. This eliminates human error as uploads of report cards avoids manual entry for thousands of candidates. We then can easily transition the candidate profile to a student profile and work in schedules. "Easy way to complete the admissions process"

4/5

What do you like best about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

I like the ease of use of the Enrollment management system. For the most part, it is easy for families and our staff to use. Support is pretty helpful as well when our staff forgets how to do something (which happens often as they only do it once a week). They are making improvements every day and I really like how they are adding new things (such as the ability to upload transcripts). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

There is a lot of data that we can collect and it's not always easy to get that data into a report or easily see it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Streamlined for Schools and Families"

4/5

What do you like best about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

EMS makes processing inquiries and applications really quick and easy. Correspondingly, the parent portal makes it easy for our families to apply and keeps everything organized on our end. Committee review is also very timesaving for our administrators. Overall, EMS cuts down on a lot of emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackbaud Enrollment Management System?

We appreciate how accessible Blackbaud's customer support is, however our experience has been mixed—some ongoing issues have not been resolved despite multiple attempts to get assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blackbaud Enrollment Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

EMS helps keep our office organized and keeps everything we need for one candidate/student in one place. It also makes the application process smooth and simple for our new families which is important when still establishing a rapport. The School Website integration is also really great for marketing ourselves and making the most of the data we collect from our community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
