User friendly for our students. Once implemented easier to maintain and work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackbaud Award Management?

Customer Service. They have been checking into what we would think is a simple question for OVER a month now. We get no response; have to ask again; are told they are looking into it; and still don't have an answer. Customer Service is GREATLY lacking. It used to be amazing before it was bought out by Blackbaud Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
