My favorite thing about it is the ability to text, call, or set up an online meeting with the developers. They are very responsive, and if I need the app to do something it's not currently doing, the developers will actually make that happen and develop new system processes I can use at the academy. The customer service is also great; it's a plus plus plus. I'm able to text the owner anytime I have an issue with the system or questions about utilizing the many options the platform provides for academy owners. **What do you dislike about BJJLINK Admin+?** The system itself takes some time to learn. If you give yourself some time to meet with the developers and run the system a little bit and get familiar with it, then it becomes very easy. I greatly appreciate the control it offers me over attendance and the inventory of uniforms and t-shirts, as well as the valuable information it provides about the participants in our programs. The ability to generate a detailed database of students, including emergency contact information, is extremely useful. I also value how it allows us to manage events within the academy with ease, including generating QR codes to scan upon people's arrival. I like this tool so much that I would undoubtedly continue using it and always recommend it.
