I used to love their support team until they sold the business several months ago. I like the idea of a new direction of the business, more investment, better product. So far just promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a buggy system, no improvements or fixes in the last three months, just promises. They upped the price, and currently pushing a one year contract with no GDPR fully compliance. On top, there is no direct communication (i have not been contacted in three months, some reseller have), no tech support to my several enquiries ... I am really disappointed. Looking for an exit. I like that it has an easy-to-use dashboard, and that it handles publishing to the App Store. Drag and drop CMS makes building an amazing app a breeze. Lots of marketing help guides. Quarterly software upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the customer service because they are quick to respond and help me when i need a solution. Probably the best customer service I've ever had with a company. I appreciate the team concept deployed by biznessapps because there is always someone to respond and work on the issues i may have. I don't have problems often and it's a good selling point for me to explain to customers that i can solve any problem withing 24-48 hours. They even go as far as call me directly to ease any concerns i may have if the difficulty of a situation is high. It is great to see Andrew Gazdecki CEO for Bizness Apps featuring in many of the product training videos, this gives me the comfort that he is a ‘Hands on’ leader of the company.

The Marketing Material that the platform provides can be very beneficial for start-up businesses who do not have the in-house expertise available to them. Being on the other side of the World where I cannot just pop in and meet the Team and given the time difference there can be a bit of a lag when waiting for a reply would be the only things I dislike about them.

Like all technology things go wrong from time to time, this can be a problem when you are dealing with a variety of businesses in a large geographical area, if it was not for the great support provided by BiznessApps you could get very frustrated when dealing with unhappy clients. we spent over a month working with their development team trying to make an app for our agency but it was buggy and incomplete. The custom app was promised in 5 -7 days but took 3 weeks to never work. In the meantime everyone went on vacation for 4th of July and we were charged a second month of service. Had hope things would improve with new management but they seem even less committed to customer success. The $600 wasted is one thing but it was a huge waste of time and staff resources as well as a source of ongoing aggravation since the new management decided to start charging my card again 6 months later. It's like a new company for all the wrong reasons. The past team was great and on top of all issues. But now, there is no response to tickets, despite transitioning to a new ticketing system (like the system was the problem, it was the people running it). The Apple App upload service is now broken with no plans to fix it. My apps and customers are in limbo and I am pending a lawsuit against bizapps now for misleading claims. They are spiking the price and reducing features, while still not being fully GDPR compliant and of course the previous bug reports are a distant priority. At this point I have called time of death for Biznessapps at December 23 2018 only 3 short months after the sale to the new team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having been with Bizness Apps for a long time, there have been lots of changes. Some good some not so good, but the platform usually preformed well and they were always adding new features to build a better system.

But, now that there are new owners.

Just prior to the sale, the system was having a good amount of bugs. The new owners say that they have fixed a lot of bugs, but, the system still has its fair share of bugs and glitches. As I write this it has been 4 or 5 month since the takeover and there are no improvements, just pricing changes for the resellers.

After the takeover, the resellers programs were all changed giving us far less for more money. Which has effected a lot of resellers profits. AND, they are demanding everyone signs a contract guaranteeing paying them for at least 1 year.

BEWARE AND REMEMBER - They control the apps source code. Which means they control your clients app and your business. You cannot just move it and if you don't comply or pay, the apps are shut down leaving you to deal with your clients.

So in order to keep the existing business you built, you pay more, get less and are under contract.

When Biz App was with the old owner I really had nothing to complain. The system was a bit easy for me and it was hard to customize things because you cant reach the source code. But apps were good and support was always helping me 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since Bizness Apps has this new owners they really don't care about their old customers. I had to pay 50% more in a month. I had like 30 credits, this means with the old owners I could publish 30 iOs apps while Android was free. With the new owners they gave me 20 credits back and every single app is just 1 credit (Android or iOS).

I had a talk with the new owner and she just blabla me and could do nothing and only sold me marketing talks.

They offer fantastic support, making it possible for us to sell apps to SMBs [small and medium-sized businesses]. They offer support in many languages and an easy-to-use CMS [content management system]. There is a simple customer login process, and the platform allows for the easy integration of third-party services via the web view option. They are also always innovating their product offerings.
