**What do you like best about Bitex?**

The website design is beautiful
You can pay by bank transfer in your local currency
Verification of all users is mandatory.
It is good for arbitrage, as it has good rates and low commissions.

**What do you dislike about Bitex?**

It takes a long time to receive your money, they take a long time with the transactions.
The customer service is terrible, they take a long time to give you an answer and solve your problem.
It is not clear if it is a regulated broker.

**What problems is Bitex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have mainly used it to receive payments from other countries because of the low commissions and speed. We worked with cryptocurrencies like USDT, which allows us to send payments to anyone in Latin America without exchange rate problems. The exchange rates are very beneficial for the person receiving the payment.

You can buy bitcoin, etarioum on this platform; it is straightforward to do the transaction and very fast in service. You can start with even 100 rupees.

More support of crypto currency can be added.

Trading in crypto is made easy by bitex. i am able to manage bitcoin and Ethereum at same platform
