You can create a package of files by clicking the Biscom "paperclip" instead of Outlooks. Also, there is no limit on file size sent, it's only based on the size of your server. **What do you dislike about Biscom?** We had custom branding on the page, it would always get erased when you upgrade the software. Be sure to back it up and restore it after each upgrade! **Recommendations to others considering Biscom:** It was an excellent product for us until we recently moved to Sharepoint. Try the demo and see how it fits your needs. If you need a way to send large encrypted files and get rid of FTP, this is your product! **What problems is Biscom solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were being limited on file size sent through Microsoft Exchange. This allowed large bid packages to be sent out to clients. It also ensured they couldn't just forward the email. Only the person who it was sent to was allowed to log in and see the files. ### 5. In addition the layout for how the faxes are organized should be more user friendly. I think the sender number and number it was sent to should be next to each other. I also think an alert should be received when someone is trying to fax you something and there is an issue on either side. **What problems is Biscom solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problem you are trying to solve is allowing clients and applicants another option to send over information secure when they are unable to scan the information. Its also the only way clients can send over updated credit card information to us as well. ### 6.
