Biogistry Reviews & Product Details

Biogistry is a browser-native clinical genetics workbench designed for genetic counselors, clinical geneticists, oncologists, and healthcare systems. Engineered for modern genetic risk assessment and pedigree patient intake, Biogistry operates entirely client-side, ensuring patient health information (PHI) remains stored locally in the browser for complete HIPAA and GDPR compliance. The platform eliminates manual clinical intake friction through its automated Patient Intake to Pedigree Engine, instantly converting structured patient family history questionnaires into publication-grade pedigree charts in a single click—eliminating hours of manual canvas drawing and node arrangement. At the heart of Biogistry is a unified diagnostic suite. The Multi-Generational Pedigree Canvas utilizes ACMG 2026 standardized symbols across four specialized rendering engines (Vertical, Horizontal, Radial, and Crop-Net) while calculating Wright’s Coefficient of Inbreeding (F) and Malécot Kinship (φ) in real time. Parental genotypes automatically sync into the Auto-Synchronized Punnett Engine to derive Mendelian monohybrid, dihybrid, and sex-linked crosses without duplicate data entry. For cytogenetic analysis, the Chromosome Idiogram Inspector delivers ISCN 850-band resolution with genomic zooming past 5Mb and live browser queries to ClinGen, OMIM, UCSC, and Ensembl. To support evidence-based decisions, Biogistry provides 10+ Validated Clinical Risk Engines—including Claus Model, NCCN 2026 Referral Criteria, Gail BCRAT, BRCAPRO, MMRpro, PancPRO, and Chompret TP53—with fully auditable, step-by-step math and zero black-box code. Biogistry bridges individual worksheets through a Global Multi-Diagram Synthesis Engine that validates cross-diagram data integrity and offers 1-click HIPAA PHI de-identification for compliant case sharing. Clinicians can compose medical documentation inside the Free-Form Clinical Report Builder using 5 pre-seeded clinical templates with dynamic chart embedding and vector PDF or EHR Markdown exports. Multi-disciplinary teams can collaborate via a Zero-Knowledge Encrypted Real-Time Workbench powered by WebCrypto AES-256-GCM and Yjs CRDTs for multi-user live cursor sessions with zero cloud PHI exposure. Lastly, health systems can author proprietary clinical risk models and visual decision trees using the Institutional Custom Risk Engine.
