**What do you like best about Biny?**

I worked with this company at SEW and and what I love about them is they have a very niche expertise. They take energy and lighting cost and strategically plan for the most cost effective plan to implement with a clients’ budget in mind. They truly focus on building from the ground up and a solid foundation is what they strive for 

**What do you dislike about Biny?**

They are not very well known yet and it’s always a risk to partner with companies in different countries, however they have been nothing but helpful and responsive. It's been a good experience

**What problems is Biny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most American companies want to complicate cloud  services and try to add on multiple services. This company understands a clients needs that I can’t provide and they do it well.

The best  a superior customer service experience at a lower cost with Helpshift’s AI-powered messaging platform.

The worst thing is  a bad customer service experience at a higher cost with Helpshift’s AI-powered messaging platform.
