Ethica Reviews & Product Details

Ethica is software for small and mid-sized employers in the United States and Canada to deliver required workplace training and policy sign-offs by email and keep proof that each employee completed them. Employees get a private link and never create an account. Admins send policy PDFs to read and sign, SCORM courses, or courses hosted elsewhere, where the employee uploads the certificate. Ethica sends reminders, renews training on a schedule, and keeps a timestamped record for each employee that exports as a spreadsheet or a zip of certificates and signed acknowledgments.
