What do you dislike about Billdesk?

After multiple emails, I am not getting the update. I had done one transaction of Rs. 92656 on March 12th 2023. till today, I haven't received the payment transaction details from the bill desk. Money is debited from my bank. And it is struck with a billing desk. They are not responding to my emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Billdesk?

Billdesk allow you to pay through credit or debit card, net banking, UPI so once can have multiple options of payments. Customer service response is good, especially for merchant transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Billdesk?

Charges are there even for low amount payments .. in case, a transaction fails, it'll bestow penalty which is very inconvenient and kind of charges with tax are too odd. Because we now have UPI and a competitor Razorpay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Billdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, it has solved many problems like initiating a large transaction using debit/credit card online. Paying fees of educational institutions from the comfort of your home. Registering a payment method for merchants to attract online customers. As it's an old payment gateway, it solved many problems which aren't problems now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
