I've been a loyal customer for 10+ years, trusting them I purchased 5 years Ultimate Shared Hosting. They suspended my server and purposefully forced me to delete my files when they all were genuine website files which I needed. They have refused to provide a refund. Lost a loyal customer. Upsides of bigrock is that the

1. pricing for basic website hosting is very cheap.

2. .com domains starting below 100 rupees

3.Google workspace,vps hosting every thing is very pocket friendly.

1. New domain price is less but renewal is a bit expensive

2. They have limited data centres. Don't know what needs to face in case of catastrophic failure
