They suspended my server and purposefully forced me to delete my files when they all were genuine website files which I needed. They have refused to provide a refund. Lost a loyal customer. They also have a cash back guarantee if you're not satisfied with their services within 30 days of usage, so even if Bigrock isn't for you, you can always get your money back. **What do you dislike about BigRock?** While Bigrock is relatively cheap, it's also very outdated in terms of what its competitors offer. It's super easy to look up for a domain name for your website. Even if you don't find an exact match, it will show you recommendations about what's available matching to your search phrase. It's quite cheaper compared to other big domain re-sellers. If you are buying a packaged domain like a .net and a .org along with the .com domain, it offers you great discounts too. I usually like to buy domains for multiple years as it lowers the renewal cost overall. Their web hosting service (both linux and windows) are quite good too. **What do you dislike about BigRock?** I am not a fan of the price i have to way for business emails as a cheaper option is available at other services. But since i am saving with other services like domain registration and web hosting, i think that's a trade-off. **Recommendations to others considering BigRock:** Some of the initial pricing looks enticing, but i would recommend you to consider pricing for additional services as well that your business would require. The availability has been excellent. I haven't really faced a server downtime that would cause my business to go temporarily offline.
