**What do you like best about BigRoad?**

The layout on BigRoad is very simple and everything I need is easy to find. It is easy to track and download driver logs, which is a big help for time entry and record-keeping, and also lets me message drivers quickly when needed.

**What do you dislike about BigRoad?**

At this point, I haven’t experienced any issues or features I’d consider a downside. It’s met all my needs so far.

**What problems is BigRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the problems it solves is making things easy for people who aren’t super technical. The platform is simple, so I don’t waste time trying to figure things out — I can just get in and get what I need.

The simplicity of the website and good tech support.

Not nearly as good as other options for your company.

Website was hard to understand at the time, regardless of its simplicity.

**What do you like best about BigRoad?**

When we were a customer of BigRoad, I found that the platform was easy to learn and navigate through. They also offered competitive pricing packages.

**What do you dislike about BigRoad?**

Prior to the ELD Mandate, we ended up pulling all BigRoad ELD units from our trucks and furnished our trucks with the Motive ELD units. The main reason for this  move was due to the fact the BigRoad system was not able to properly recognize the canadian rule cycles, and in turn that created false violations on the drivers logs.

**What problems is BigRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are an HOS management company, which in turn benefits me, as they keep track of our drivers HOS.

The platform was fairly easy to learn and see the trending data

**What do you dislike about BigRoad?**

The customer service was awful. When trying to set up to eld mode I had to contact their help desk for every unit as switching to ELD mode was not as simple as they said.
And their customer service phone line stopped being answered at 2 pm my time... Drivers had no way of contacting a real person when they needed it

They kept us compliant until we could switch

**What do you like best about BigRoad?**

The reports were good at least. App was okay to work around.

**What do you dislike about BigRoad?**

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE Customer Service. I tried getting help on multiple issues for over a year and a half. I would randomly get a response with no follow ups go my questions I had.

**What problems is BigRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They did not solve ANY of my problems. Or answer ANY of my questions. Which lead to my company going a different direction with ELD's. If I had the final say, it would have been canceled within 3 months of me starting.

**What do you like best about BigRoad?**

There isn't much that shows that big road is great. If we could get the app to work then i would say the app is set up nice

**What do you dislike about BigRoad?**

They never get back to you when you need them. They have this customer "success" but never truly help you. I have not had a single issue resolved since we started with them. Not impressed. Stay away.

Unfortunately, there was not much that was salved or benefiting us while we were with them.

**What do you like best about BigRoad?**

You can edit drive time to personal conveyance if the driver does it wrong, We use a few different systems of ELD's, on of them, if a driver forgets to hit save after putting himself in personal conveyance, he can not go back and fix his log, he can only put a note on his log, he then has to manually calculate his hours.  This has caused problems during restarts and the 70 hour rule.

**What do you dislike about BigRoad?**

Technical support, when there is an issue with the program, we are always the only ones that are experiencing the issue.  We get a ticket number but never a resolution.  You can only have one company registered in your log in.  If you manage more than one DOT number you have to have different accounts.

**Recommendations to others considering BigRoad:**

Check out other systems, compare products, talk to your drivers about what other systems they have used, read the reviews, talk to DOT about ease of use.  Stert a discussion on Linkedin, see what other administrators have to say about the different systems.

**What problems is BigRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The drivers are more aware of their hours and are planning their trips better, it helps them to understand the split sleeper rule a little better.  Also, they are less likely to forget about the 30 minute break.

**What do you like best about BigRoad?**

I love that you do not have to go through paper logs anymore. You can find everything you need on BigRoad. I love that you can track your drivers to see how they are doing. I like that you can make sure the drivers aren't fudging on their logs. Drivers have to completely follow the rules.

**What do you dislike about BigRoad?**

The thing i dislike the most about BigRoad is that I can't pull a full report for my IFTA. 

**Recommendations to others considering BigRoad:**

I would consider using BigRoad if you are a trucking company. It seems to me to be one of the best Electronic Logging apps out there.

**What problems is BigRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure we stay compliant with DOT.
