What do you like best about Bigeye?

The BigEye platform allows our data analytics team to detect the latency, freshness, sudden shifts in row counts, and distributional changes on our production tables. BigEye also provides the lineage for impacted tables when alerts are triggered. This is vital to keeping our data pipeline and dashboards accurate and precise. What do you dislike about Bigeye?

The platform is a bit buggy at times. You can get kicked out of the page you are on and sent back to the home page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bigeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

BigEye monitors our tables and views, allowing us to support our other departments KPI's. So, if the data is old or inaccurate, we will be notified immediately and can perform a root cause analysis to assess the damages caused. After we resolve the issue, we can perform a post-mortem analysis to mitigate the impact if this happens again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
