Its not user friendly making it difficult to navigate the program and access all the features. The reports generated by biGENIUS are not helpful. Provide me with insights that are not accurate. **What do you dislike about biGENIUS?** One area where I feel biGENIUS needs to be improved is in providing security measures. They mention data management they dont specify the security protocols they follow. This raises concerns, about the safety of information. **What problems is biGENIUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** biGENIUS provides automation features I find that navigating through their platform is quite difficult. The user interface isnt very intuitive which makes it difficult to utilize its automation capabilities. This is frustrating and time consuming. ### 2. The platform's capabilities helped me concentrate on my project's major aspects. Spanner, Big Data, and Big Table are fun games. This Cloud Provider provides a superior UI. It's nice, simple, and fast. Many computer languages provide decent instructions. **What do you dislike about biGENIUS?** The worst thing about this program is that reports frequently go missing by accident. It will be very hard to find my records. Another applauding feature is Change Management and its lifecycle support is provided as well. **What do you dislike about biGENIUS?** biGENIUS has a couple of disadvantages. 1. It doesn't move with the trend and update its intefface with the latest formats. 2. The support is a little steady which should be improved. **What problems is biGENIUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** biGENIUS saves the manual effort amd manhours by its amazing feature of automation amongst the whole lifecycle.
