Very low complexity and very little technical knowledge required. Performance is solid, low latency between queries and effective results, bringing a strong return on investment when smart prompting is utilized. Support is available and included with purchase. **What do you dislike about Biela.dev?** It is not a well established platform with much history or maturity yet. The color-coding is nice feature and also very customizable different places. The layout of the screen can also be adjusted. Lastly, reports can be built with a user-friendly front-end, and also allows for the user to write the logic themselves. **What do you dislike about Biela.dev?** I cannot think of any, except that maybe if you click ''Edit'' on the record and decide not make any changes and want to just proceed to the next record, it will force you to click save, even if nothing was modified and you just want to proceed to the next record already in Edit Mode. **What problems is Biela.dev solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been a pretty good experience; my team has to use it everyday and leadership relies on the reporting.
