Biber Reviews & Product Details

Biber is trade management software that streamlines workflows from job intake to invoicing. It features voice capture technology, enabling workers to record job details on-site and eliminate manual data entry. The system generates editable preliminary quotes by referencing historical project data from similar jobs, requiring user approval before sending to clients. The Command Center centralizes priorities, open items, and tasks. Quotes convert into invoices with export options for accounting systems like DATEV and Lexware Office. Operating on German servers, the software enforces strict AI cost limits and allows data export anytime. Operational areas remain separated, and tools include a scheduling board for tracking jobs and crew assignments, as well as features for managing measurements and project documentation. Biber serves twelve trades, among them roofing, electrical, plumbing and heating, painting, carpentry, tiling, landscaping, drywall, metalwork, scaffolding and flooring.
