Over the last two years, they've helped elevate our video strategy by proactively making recommendations including video setup, audio, lighting, etc. and content type and direciton. When we ran into a slow down, they allowed us to downgrade our account until we were ready to ramp business back up. Personally, we've also used them long enough to see their client onboarding and management evolve and it's been nothing but positive changes. They're truly a partner in our strategy. This was when we first started working together. I let our account manager know and they made it right financially. We have two podcasts and wanted to product a lot of video content, but simply did not have the bandwidth or expertise internally to handle it all. We, at OneVillage.io, are absolutely thrilled with the service provided by BeCreatives, and I can't praise it enough. We were fortunate to be paired with an outstanding editor, Kamilija, who quickly grasped our style and branding, setting us on a fast track to success. The consistency of having the same editor has not only been cost-effective due to their incredibly reasonable prices, but it has also saved me a significant amount of time. I can easily reference previous videos instead of creating new scripts for each one, which is a game-changer for our workflow. It's so easy to use, Implement and use every day as needed. Kamilija, our editor, consistently goes above and beyond, continuously finding ways to elevate our videos. She offers creative ideas and suggestions and even ingeniously solved a greenscreen issue we encountered. I wish there were easier ways to submit videos when they are redundant style/look/feel and an easier tracking mechanism to I know what has been downloaded. I'd also love to move videos that are no longer relevant to an archive folder. I also can feel overwhelmed with so many emails and that makes it hard to track things. Downsides to BeCreatives is that you do not get to choose an editor or see a portfolio of each editors unique style.
