I really appreciate the unbelievable support team at Beam AI. They're always available when issues arise, making sure I'm not alone when facing challenges. Even though I'm not an HVAC professional, they are knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to jump in and assist. The uploading process to initiate a takeoff is so simple, I am able to upload the drawings set and work on other projects while awaiting the BOM.
