BAVI Reviews & Product Details

BAVI is clinical management software for Applied Behavior Analysis clinics and multidisciplinary teams. It integrates scheduling, electronic health records, teaching programs, real-time data collection, and family communication into one interface based on behavioral analysis principles. The platform supports five data collection formats: discrete trial training, multi-target programs, intra-session learning curves, behavioral chaining, and naturalistic teaching, enabling clinics to standardize data capture while maintaining existing methods. BAVI features voice-to-text documentation and AI-assisted transcription, flagging missing elements in notes. It tracks clinical deadlines like progress reports and reassessments, sending alerts before due dates. Security includes two-factor authentication, privacy compliance, and role-based access controls. Mobile and tablet compatibility allows real-time session documentation. BAVI also offers data migration and training support.
