Batimi is construction management software that integrates estimate creation, invoicing, client communication, and project tracking into one system. The platform offers customizable templates for estimate generation with automatic tax and total calculations. A client portal consolidates estimates, invoices, and communications, allowing clients to share photos, join video calls, and sign documents electronically. Real-time project tracking uses an interactive map with GPS integration, weather alerts, and site information. Subcontracting management enables task assignment, contract monitoring, and progress tracking. Online invoicing and payment features facilitate secure transactions with automatic reminders at specified intervals. Additional capabilities include document tracking, advance payment invoicing, and accounting exports.
