## About BatchStream
BatchStream is production management software built specifically for toll manufacturers. It covers the complete operational flow from raw material receipt through to dispatch and invoicing, replacing the spreadsheets, manual records, and disconnected systems that create errors, compliance risk, and lost revenue for toll manufacturing operations. Toll manufacturing has specific operational requirements that generic manufacturing software doesn't address well. BatchStream is built around those requirements. Every module is designed for the way toll manufacturers actually work, where raw materials belong to the client, production runs are tracked by batch and PO, yield is calculated and compared against theoretical output, and finished goods are stored and dispatched on the client's behalf. The eight integrated modules cover the full production cycle. Raw Material Receipts records every inbound delivery against a purchase order, batch, and storage location, with real-time stock on hand totals and CSV export. RM Storage and Transfers manages raw material movements between locations with full traceability. Production tracks every batch run from creation through to completion, with raw material scanning, input tracking, and yield recording. Quality Logs captures quality data at the batch level. Finished Goods Storage provides a visual tank and vessel management interface showing fill levels, capacity, and stock on hand in real time, with full stock in, stock out, and return stock transaction history. Dispatch manages finished goods dispatch against client orders. Invoicing generates invoices directly from production and dispatch records. Reporting produces weekly and monthly summaries with yield analysis, RM consumption, and dispatch data by client. Because all modules are integrated, data flows through the operation without manual re-entry. A raw material receipt flows through to production, which flows through to finished goods storage, dispatch, and invoicing. Every transaction is traceable back to its source. BatchStream is a SaaS platform accessible via web browser. It integrates with MYOB for accounting, Stripe for payment processing, and OneDrive for document management. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription with no per-seat fees and no lock-in contracts. It is purpose-built for toll manufacturers and does not try to serve the broader contract manufacturing or general manufacturing market. That focus is what makes it work.
