I really appreciate how BastionGPT has streamlined my documentation process significantly, especially with progress notes, transcription, and clinical administrative tasks. It's exceptionally accurate, user-friendly, and saves me a tremendous amount of administrative time, allowing me to focus more on direct clinical care. The onboarding and ongoing support are excellent, and there's a wealth of training resources available that teach users how to write effectively and leverage the platform for advanced clinical tasks. I found it highly effective for structuring EMDR master treatment plans and performing rigorous quality assurance checks on clinical notes and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. I really appreciate the interface of BastionGPT. I've used several different AI programs that are for the health industry and Bastion remains the one that has the easiest usability. You don't have to go through a long process of figuring out how to use it. Over time, I think it's got better and better. I've gone from having it help me write up long components of my reports to also discussing case formulation and preparation for assessments of children. I would have said the limit on the number of pages you can upload but that has been lifted to way beyond what I would need, so that issue is sorted. For the type of work I do, I wouldn't mind client folder sections but I think that would undermine the ease of use that I like and add another layer of complexity to it.
