Barracuda’s cloud-to-cloud package initially lacked Office 365 tenant configuration backup and audit logs—features that are critically important. Recently, I discovered these capabilities have been added, but the pricing model remains per user, which is unreasonably high and not an effective approach. These features should either be priced differently or included within the premium plan. While Barracuda has made some progress in modernizing its UI, the Cloud Archiving interface remains outdated. Additionally, the 30-day limit on audit logs is a significant constraint. Email Gateway Defence should have the ability to view inbound/outbound of internal emails.
