BananaLeaf AI Reviews & Product Details

BananaLeaf AI puts an AI sales agent and a CRM on your own WhatsApp number and Instagram account. It answers every lead in seconds, in the customer's language (Hindi, Hinglish, English or regional languages), from your own price sheet and documents, and never invents a price. Leads from Meta ads, links, QR codes and walk-ins land on one pipeline that fills itself from the chat: budget, dates and choices are written to the deal record, and leads move forward when your conditions are met. Appointments are booked in the chat, quotes and invoices go out as PDFs with a payment link, and campaign tracking shows which ad or link each sale came from, with stage changes sent back to Meta. Broadcasts, Instagram comment and DM automation, a team inbox with handoffs and follow-ups, conversation insights, WhatsApp and OTP APIs, and Android and iOS apps are built in. Made for Indian businesses: clinics, real estate, hotels and villas, education, jewellers, retail, B2B suppliers and agencies.
