Sometimes not being too familiar with the product can be overwhelming. There's a lot of options and maybe if I changed my settings I could "dumb it down" so it's easier for my view Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how it is very easy to drag and drop controls onto the screen. Also, all you need to do is save your mock-up as PDF and the client can easily click through to see how the app flow will work. Balsamiq saves a lot of time in terms of requirements gathering as the client can see and approve the sketch of the app without us having to design the apps UI in an IDE.
