BakePorch Reviews & Product Details

BakePorch is online ordering and operational software for home bakers, cottage food operators, cake makers and independent small food businesses. Create a storefront for scheduled pickup sales, made-to-order products and custom requests and quotes. Set menus, prices, quantities, ordering cutoffs and available dates. Review custom requests and send a quote for customer acceptance and payment before booking. Made-to-order and custom orders can offer pickup or seller-managed delivery with configurable delivery pricing. Connect your own Square account for card checkout. Keep orders, payment records and fulfillment details together. Customers can receive confirmation emails and eligible pickup reminders, while opted-in subscribers can receive texts when qualifying products go on sale. Messaging setup and sending safeguards apply. Optional kitchen tools use your recipes, yields, stock and cost records to scale production, estimate ingredients, prepare shopping lists, estimate costs and profit, and print product or batch labels. Review estimates and label contents before use. No setup fee or monthly subscription. A small charge applies to card orders; Square processing is separate. Customers cover the BakePorch charge by default, or the seller can absorb it.
