BadgeScanner is a free mobile app for exhibitors and event attendees that makes it easy to scan event badges, capture contact information, and keep new connections organized—all from your phone. Designed for conferences, trade shows, and networking events, BadgeScanner simplifies lead capture and post-event follow-up. Instead of manually entering contact details or keeping track of business cards, users can quickly scan supported QR codes and save contact information in one place. Collected contacts can be exported as a CSV file for easy import into CRM systems and other follow-up workflows. BadgeScanner supports a variety of QR code formats. If an event organizer uses a different QR code format, they can contact the BadgeScanner team to determine whether support can be configured for their event. BadgeScanner is also fully integrated with the EventPilot Conference App, providing a seamless badge-scanning and contact-capture experience within the EventPilot event ecosystem.
