The Infield app that mirrors my activity in the office on my computer is very helpful. The program is easy to navigate for creating trips, making changes, and downloading lists for record keeping and expense reports. Customer Care is always readily available to help, even when I’m out in the field. Training sessions with Michael have also been very helpful in maximizing the tool for our unique needs. I am old school and still like having a printed copy of my larger map for a multi-day trip. I do wish I could select an option to list the last name of account next to the red locator. MapQuest did offer that function. There is also not a way to export the Map. I have to use the snip it tool and paste it on a word document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Badger Maps to optimize my agent visits in various states. It allows me to have efficient travel routes, coordinate appointment timing, and save the routes for future visits. It improved my meeting planning significantly by streamlining the process. I find the visual lasso tool incredibly useful for focusing and adding appointments in specific regions if I'm heading there. Planning my visits is very easy, and I can coordinate timing, have efficient and safe routes, and integrate with my navigation. It helps me maximize face-to-face time with my agents and clients. Also, seeing where all my agents are located helps me coordinate meetings in different regions effectively. Setting it up was very easy, and the customer support was very responsive and helpful. Reports were a little raw, when sent out in excel format, and if you don't custom build your notes requirements, the reps tend to put limited notes of no value. I use Badger Maps to enter all of my accounts and plan my route for the day. Badger Maps is a huge time saver. I like how I can plan my route for the day and use the Navigator tool right inside the app. I liked how I was able to add notes to each account and track the dates of each time I checked into the account. It is a quick reference for when I'm on the road, and I can pull up the account, check any notes, and also check the last time I was at the office. I found the app to be very user-friendly and very useful. The initial setup was very easy, and they also provided videos on how to use all the features. There's a lot to love about Badger Maps. The route planning is phenomenal, saving me so much time by optimizing my routes so I don't waste time driving all over. I also love the filters. If I have, say, 100 accounts in one area but want to see a certain type of account, I can apply a filter to narrow it down to around 20. Within seconds, I can create a route, which is super helpful. I like everything about Badger Maps. It creates more appointments which leads to more sales and more revenue. It creates more time for my team to actually be prospecting instead of preparing to prospect. When I have newer agents, they are more likely to get to work prospecting if they can just open the app and head to the first appointment, and the fact that they can see notes they've saved from previous visits helps them to get the appointments set on the follow-up visits. In my new job, I have about 150 accounts. The annual membership is more difficult to justify. A special price based on the number of accounts would be needed. I will use the application for a few months during the year (monthly subscription).
