It is almost flawless execution, but even despite its minor flaws, it is leagues above any other similar service. I also like that I can add stops to my account on the fly and reoptimize to keep the rest of my route unhindered. Being able to look back on my saved routes is also extremely useful. **What do you dislike about Badger Maps?** I do not utilize the timed aspects of the app, but only because my experiences vary so much from stop to stop. The background data that Badger uses is also a bit overwhelming when trying to stream music or podcasts on the road. Service can also be spotty when updating (while other apps work without interruption), but I have noticed an improvement recently. **What problems is Badger Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?** Again, route optimization saves me an incredible amount of time. Our trainers use it to identify customers close to their training sessions in order to stop in to see customers, supporting our sales team. I use it as a daily business planner. It helps me to keep track of the customers that I haven't seen in a while by color coding based on last check in. The darker the color point, the older the last check in occurred. **What do you dislike about Badger Maps?** Sometimes the data does not update properly. You click optimize route and it takes more than 30 seconds to respond and then you get a failure. I've also seen this same instance happened when trying to access an account. Closing the application and restarting does not necessarily clear up the issue. **What problems is Badger Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time management and contact management are the two best features. But the recent addition of allowing to add pictures to a check in is also very beneficial. ### 14. This was mainly difficult because the list we were trying to import was not well optimized or organized - not really the fault of Badger. This means our optimized route is the one that takes the least amount of minutes. However, this route doesn't necessarily have to be the one with the least amount of miles. It is nice to be able to follow up on each call similar to a crm lite.. The ability to check in and attach a photo is great, however this capability would be so much more useful if we could attach PDF's, XLS, Orders and even drag n drop outlook emails, contact cards or email details and then link to a followup with a simple click. **What do you dislike about Badger Maps?** when entering new contacts, i have asked the dev team before about this. currently the phone field is just number format. it would be helpful to have it autoformatted so i don't have to type the dashes. each second in the process to add new contacts are time-consuming. Also, it is nice to attach photos but would be even nicer to be able to attach xls, email drag and drop from outlook and PDF documents as well. If i write an order, it would be nice to attach it to my check-in and then schedule a follow-up. The developers need to think like sales people on the road where time is always an issue.. you can't always have the laptop open and doing email while driving so i would like to see better usability in the app. I have also tried to figure out how to denote chain accounts whereby the corp HQ is the main (primary) and stores are (children). to be able to quickly filter on these would be nice. ### 24.
