It even has a builtin utility to burn CDs and DVDs within the application as well. **What do you dislike about BackupOutlook?** The downside to this application is that it is currently only available on the Windows platform and not on the Mac OS platform. Building an application of this nature would be great on both platforms. **What problems is BackupOutlook solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have power users who always desire to keep ancient email in an offline mode should they need to recall this email for whatever reason. Sometimes disasters can happen on the network and on the PC and with this software it is possible to reset everything in a few minutes and in a very easy way. **What do you dislike about BackupOutlook?** Sometimes the restoration takes a little while. It will always depend on the amount of files and data to be restored. I had no problems at the time of backing up or of restoring the data so far. It does not restore passwords either. **What problems is BackupOutlook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everything happens quickly, and can be done by appointment. It is a tool that gives us security because we know that there is always a copy of all accounts even in case of failures and problems. We use it to make backups of corporate emails and also recover them in case of problems. The interface is simple and intuitive. Works on virtually all versions of Microsoft Outlook and versions of the Windows operating system. **What do you dislike about BackupOutlook?** I did not suffer from technical problems with BackupOutlook. Only once I scheduled the backup for a weekend and the procedure was not done. But I still don't know what could have happened if it was my mistake or the software's. **What problems is BackupOutlook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Backups are optimized and done very quickly. It does not exceed half an hour. It is an efficient alternative to recover emails when there is a failure in the operating system or hardware. We also use it to retrieve e-mails when there is a change of the device and with that the employee with the new computers is already able to recover all of his previous e-mails. ### 8.
