Backup systems is a quality platform that is quite east to deploy. I like their technical support because they are always present and knowledgeable whenever you reach out to them and they help you sort out crisis very well.Their response to emails is quick and effective. I like their user interface which is simple and concise and this helps the user to have an easy time while using it. **What do you dislike about Backup Systems?** The only negative side of this platform is their prices which are quite expensive thus making some companies shy away from deploying it. Apart from that backup systems has been an outstanding disaster recovery platform and I would recommend it any day any time. **What problems is Backup Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Backup systems has been in use in our company for slightly over an year and the experience has been superb. We use it for disaster management and support of the storage of our data. We have deployed it in the cloud also for disaster recovery as a service. We use it to back up essential company files and documents and also for data archiving to ensure all our data is properly safeguarded. ### 2. Backup Systems provide a streamlined method for searching for data and ensuring that it is classified. It has a long enough storage area to accommodate all of your belongings. Because of their quick response times and excellent customer service, we can always rely on their help. Our IT team’s responsibility was to monitor backups that busy departments often overlook. **What do you dislike about Backup Systems?** It can be challenging to restore at times, but it is otherwise excellent. SaaS requires an initial investment, but the cost is prohibitively expensive for most people to afford. It is a pleasure to work with their customer service representatives. Respond quickly and have an optimistic viewpoint on their solution. Each started time, backup solutions go out of their way to give us a traffic light view of our data. This way, we can quickly check our data each day. The only downside is the same downside with any software or technical solution.
