I can allow my company to utilize AI safely with a central tool that runs on my servers and gives them access to existing and future LLM models all at once (with side by side comparisons built into the UI) for much less than they would spend from the companies directly. My Data Ops team uses different models than my legal team and my marketing team, but they can all use the same interface and explore models that suit their specific needs. There is not a single model that can be the best tool for all of them, Backplain allows them to explore and find the right model for their specific use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have feature requests out there and they are responsive and addressing those (I do enjoy a company who is willing to listen to their users knowing it will make their product better). Backplain allows for comparison of 10 models from prompts at once and (unless you have a wide monitor) it's really more effective having three models to compare. More than three and you have to scroll for the remainder. Which is good when you are trying to determine the right model for a use case or help identify hallucinations, but for general purposes I would like to limit my users to three comparisons at a time. Well, Some of my users... there are more AI literate users who I would allow for more than three. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
