backlist.io is real-time private-party vehicle acquisition software for car dealers. It watches Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Autotrader, Cars.com, eBay and OfferUp, removes duplicate cross-posts and dealer-disguised listings, and alerts your buyers within minutes of a private seller posting a car that matches your criteria (make, model, year, price, mileage, radius). Every listing is graded against wholesale and retail market values so buyers see the margin before they pick up the phone. A built-in CRM tracks each lead from first contact to purchase, with team pipelines, seller phone detection, and SMS/email outreach. backlist.io is used by independent dealers, franchise used-car departments, multi-rooftop groups and wholesalers to replace auction buying with direct-from-owner inventory. Month-to-month pricing with no annual contract: Starter $775/month (4 sources), Professional $1,450/month (all 6 sources, deal ratings, SMS alerts), Enterprise custom. Web dashboard plus iOS app.
