## About BAB PropTech
BAB PropTech is a mobile app for HOA and condo boards and the communities they manage. Residents send QR guest passes from their phones (no gate hardware needed), vote in polls with quorum tracking, report maintenance issues with photos, book amenities and receive board announcements. BAB does not collect dues or do accounting; associations keep their current accounting tool. Pricing is published: $3 per door per month, capped at $149 a month for communities of up to 300 doors, with a free 90-day pilot and no contract. Available in English and Arabic on iOS, Android and the web.
