It provides all features that our company needs and after testing many other platforms, b2match is most suitable for us. b2match offers almost all features that you can imagine, I have not yet found a feature that b2match could not provide. I especially like their flexibility and fast and direct problem-solving approach. b2match offers outstanding customer service, they have a very personal approach and try to flexibly cover the needs of the customer. When reaching out to b2match, the customer service will promtly answer and try to solve any problem. Definitely recommend b2match as platform. **What do you dislike about b2match?** As this platform offers so many possibilities, it takes longer to set it up. **What problems is b2match solving and how is that benefiting you?** b2match offers an intuitive and easy to use event platform and matchmaking functionality. We organise a variety of events and having a platform to cover all needs (from paid to free events, event with various tracks, with or without matchmaking, etc.) is really helping us to save time and provide a consistent event experience to our customers. ### 3. We have used it three times now for our hybrid events and every time I need less and less time to prepare the event. It allows the online participants of our course to join the sessions directly from agenda and also schedule meetings with each other, which gives them interactive eyperience. Special thanks to Kristina who is always very helpful and patient with event configuration. **What do you dislike about b2match?** I wouldn't say there are downsides, it just depends on the type of your event. In our case, not many participants wanted to interact with each other, they primarily wanted to follow the lectures, therefore many features remained unused - such as marketplace or 1:1 meetings. **What problems is b2match solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us with our hybrid event, allowing us to connect online to on-site participants and enable more active participation for online participants. ### 5. Otherwise, we need to remind each participant to fill in the marketplace additionally. **What problems is b2match solving and how is that benefiting you?** B2match was extremely valuable for us during the COVID-19 pandemic since all events were done online, and without this tool, we couldn't have organized b2b meetings. Also, since our main activity is b2b meetings between companies, b2match software allows us to make the schedule of the meetings easily and for participants to choose partners by their needs and interest. ### 6.
