It's very simple to configure and once you have used it, you can use the same template for your future events. We have used it three times now for our hybrid events and every time I need less and less time to prepare the event. It allows the online participants of our course to join the sessions directly from agenda and also schedule meetings with each other, which gives them interactive eyperience. I wouldn't say there are downsides, it just depends on the type of your event. In our case, not many participants wanted to interact with each other, they primarily wanted to follow the lectures, therefore many features remained unused - such as marketplace or 1:1 meetings.
