**What do you like best about Azure Reserved Virtual Machine?**

- Seamlessly and easily integrated with the Azure infrastructure and aids in creating a cohesive ecosystem.
- Extensive documentation ensures Customer Support.
- Azure automatically applies reservation discount to eligible VMs when a reservation is purchased, indicating ease of implementation.
- Evidently beneficial as compared to pay-as-you-go pricing and includes greater benefit for longer commitments.
- Cost is optimised based on geographical needs ensuring benefits to consistent and predictable requirements.

**What do you dislike about Azure Reserved Virtual Machine?**

- Only available for Azure-native services hindering flexibility and interoperability for enterprises that also incorporate third-party solutions.
- Demands upfront and long-term commitment.
- Does not account for inconsistent and unpredictable requirements.
- It is cumbersome to manually monitor and modify the reservations.

**What problems is Azure Reserved Virtual Machine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Reduces High Operational Cost
The 72% cost-benefit compared to pay-as-you-go pricing is a significant determinant for cost-conscious enterprises. The discounted operational cost can be utilised as essential resource towards other aspects of the business. And with committed cloud expenses, it  is easier for a business to stick to their financial strategies. 

2. Makes Resource Management Efficient
Manual configuration is a cumbersome task, but Azure automatically finds the best eligible Instance based on usage patterns. This eliminates the burden of administrative resource management.

3. Offers Flexibility without extreme financial burden
Often for purposes like Server Virtualisation, an enterprise would need to practice adaptability. Azure Reserved Virtual Machine allows exchange and cancellation of reserved instances without incurring significant cost.

**What do you like best about Azure Reserved Virtual Machine?**

The easy to use azure portal makes creating and deploying VMs with the operating system of your choice incredibly simple. Pay as you go and the scalability that comes with the cloud setup is extremely beneficial. Best part of the solution is the detailed documentation.

**What do you dislike about Azure Reserved Virtual Machine?**

Don’t know whether it’s fair to say this as something you dislike  but the large number of services and feature sometimes become overwhelming at for the user and make it challenging to navigate and select the best solutions for specific needs without proper guidance or experience.

**What problems is Azure Reserved Virtual Machine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The high CAPEX and lack of scalibilty assocaited with On Prem system.

**What do you like best about Azure Reserved Virtual Machine?**

These azure reserved virtual machines are very cost friendly especially the one year or 3 year reservation makes it perfect for budget estimation to buisnesses or enterprises 
These offer consistent performance due to their guaranteed capacity and full time customer support 
Although they have a  Cancellation  charge but these can be easily exchanged or cancelled according to the requirement of the workload

**What do you dislike about Azure Reserved Virtual Machine?**

Although I don't have any dislikes but these can be quite limiting if u have unpredictable workload

**What problems is Azure Reserved Virtual Machine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Azure reserved VM solves the problem of unpredictable cloud costing , ensuring resource availability and improving operational efficiency

**What do you like best about Azure Reserved Virtual Machine?**

Azure reserved VM instances gives us the flexibility to gain noticeable discount over pay as you go pricing if commited to use for 1 year or 3 years. Microsoft mentions that savings can be up to 50% for a 3 year commitment which is a great saving for organizations or enterprises that are planning to move their infra to Azure.

**What do you dislike about Azure Reserved Virtual Machine?**

There's always a doubt in mind, if enterprises are able to commit for the reservations before hand and use them to the full capacity and upfront payments for the commited duration is also an area of concern for some of them and on the other side reserved VM instances are not offered on all the VM sku sizes.

**What problems is Azure Reserved Virtual Machine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Commiting for a reserved VM instances are saving Azure costs upfront in our persistent VDI environment with most of the users being developers, DevOps engineering team members and application testers. By choosing Azure reserved VM instances significant cost savings were observed for the VMs which are round the clock. For a highly available environments this offering from Microsoft helps a lot in achieving the business continuity irrespective of time or day.

Azure Reserved Virtual Machines feature provides one of the greatest cost-saving options in any environment
We can utilize it cost-effectively with one-year or 3-year reservations by paying upfront
Is easy to forecast our budget estimation almost perfectly with this feature
It's easy to Implement and get support from customer

**What do you dislike about Azure Reserved Virtual Machine?**

I don't see any dislikes or disadvantages with this feature
Because, it gives you the option for one or 3-year terms so that we can plan our future rollouts effectively

**What problems is Azure Reserved Virtual Machine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we know, we have these many requests coming in or we need this much CPU or memory to host our applications for a certain period, then I advice using Azure Reserved Instances. Because if you use pay-as-you-go, you may end up paying more. But Reserved Instances solves this issue and saves your production costs

**What do you like best about Azure Reserved Virtual Machine?**

We can save huge discount on Azure Virtual machines by Reserving them, Azure Reserved Virtual machines are highly performing, scalable and reliable machines which we can use for our production and dev server, We can subscribe and spin up these machine with just few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Azure Reserved Virtual Machine?**

Auto stop/start features wont help much in Azure reserved virtual machine since it will be chargeable during stop hours as well, Cancellation fee will be high once microsoft introduced the charges for cancellation. Integration is quite difficult with other OS.

**What problems is Azure Reserved Virtual Machine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We able to virtulize and reserve our azure virtual machine without much efforts and we able to run our production application on these server without any downtimes.
