AyHire Reviews & Product Details

AyHire helps founders, recruiters and hiring managers hire engineers by what they actually built. Describe the role in one sentence; AyHire plans the searches, reads people's public GitHub work (repos, READMEs, commits, pull requests), judges each person against the role's criteria and tells you who to talk to first and why, with a link behind every claim. It says who is likely open to work, finds LinkedIn and a work email when you ask, and keeps roles, a board and a shortlist your team shares. Use it on the web or from your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients). AyHire reads public work only, never private repositories, and never uses where someone lives. 14-day free trial, then $99 a month for one person or $79 per person on Team.
