#### The Problem Marketing teams and small businesses lose thousands of dollars every month because they can't respond to Instagram DMs fast enough. Studies show 78% of leads buy from the first responder, but most businesses take hours or even days to reply. Traditional chatbots like ManyChat use keyword matching, which means they fail when customers phrase questions differently. If you set up "price" as a keyword but someone asks "how much does this cost?", the bot sends a generic fallback message. You're leaving money on the table. #### The Solution Our free Instagram DM Auto Responder uses AI-powered intent detection to understand what customers actually mean, not just what they typed. When someone messages "How much?", "What's your pricing?", or "Is this expensive?", our AI recognizes they all have the same intent: Pricing. You set up one response, and the AI handles every variation automatically. The tool runs 24/7, responding instantly while you sleep, on vacation, or focused on running your business. We're an official Meta Partner using Instagram's official API, so your data is completely secure. #### Key Features - **Intent-Based AI Detection**: Understands context and meaning, not just exact keywords - **Rich Message Formats**: Send buttons, quick replies, image carousels, and image cards with titles, subtitles, and CTA buttons - **Industry-Specific Templates**: Pre-loaded templates for restaurants, bakeries, e-commerce, and retail businesses make setup quick and effortless - **5-Minute Setup**: Launch your auto responder in minutes using ready-made templates or build custom intents - **Custom Response Builder**: Create unlimited intents with personalized messages and images (up to 5MB each) - **Visual Content Support**: Attach PDFs, menus, pricing sheets, and promotional images to automated replies - **Enable/Disable Controls**: Turn specific intents on or off without deleting them - **Default Fallback Message**: Set a friendly message for DMs that don't match any intent - **Real-Time Dashboard**: Manage all intents, responses, and settings from one clean interface - **Official Meta Partner**: Uses Instagram's official API for maximum security and reliability - **Multi-Image Support**: Upload multiple images per intent for comprehensive visual responses - **Zero Coding Required**: No technical skills needed.
