**Describe the project or task AxxessCare helped with:**

I used this system for a couple months and it wasn't the best, plus its super expensive compared to other documenting programs.

**What do you like best about AxxessCare?**

I liked the way it printed out my patient profiles and medication profiles. That was very useful and great to put into patient charts with all the information for ease to see.

**What do you dislike about AxxessCare?**

I disliked the billing aspect of the program as we couldn't use it. I also had HHAs and nurses complain about the documenting that it was not great for them to use compared to other systems they've used in the past.

**Recommendations to others considering AxxessCare:**

I feel like they still need to fix some issues with their system.

**What problems is AxxessCare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had used this system to help document the treatment that we were giving our patients in their homes and inputting the documentation needed for each patient home visit. There was a benefit as how it helps us treat patients, but any system can do that.
